Ethan is an associate attorney with a focus on commercial litigation, insurance defense, and business matters. He is dedicated to helping clients strike the right balance between sound legal compliance and strategic decision-making.

A native of Elizabethton, Tennessee, Ethan earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the South Carolina Law Review and published an article on consumer finance regulation. He received the CALI Awards for Trial Advocacy and Advanced Issues in Statutory Interpretation. Ethan graduated summa cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a B.B.A in Marketing and minors in Legal Studies and Business Administration.

Ethan’s strong work ethic was shaped early – he once worked on the assembly line of a hot tub manufacturing plant to save for law school, an experience that reinforced the value of persistence, humility, and hard work. That same mindset continues to guide his approach to helping clients.

Outside of the office, Ethan enjoys golf, live music, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks with his yearly preseason statement of “This is South Carolina’s year.”
