Blayne Chance is an Associate attorney in Thompson Burton's Corporate and Securities Group. Blayne advises clients in all matters related to business needs, ranging from company formation, general best practices, and operational procedures to complex mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing.

Blayne graduated with high honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During law school, Blayne served as Chief Executive Editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. He was also inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Blayne attended the University of Tennessee, where he earned a B.A. in Economics with a focus on monetary policy.

Outside the office, Blayne enjoys keeping up with capital markets, exercising, and playing Texas Hold'em.
