When Congress rewrote the tax code in 2025, Brian Boyd wrote the book on it.

Turn Tax Deductions intoWealth, his plain-English playbook for legally reducing taxes under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, is his second book, following Replace Your Income, his guide to building wealth through real estate investing. As @yourtaxlawyer, Brian translates the tax code for an audience of more than 400,000 across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, making him one of the most-followed tax attorneys in the country. Behind the platform is two decades of sophisticated practice. Brian holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and focuses his work on federal and state tax planning, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, trust and estate planning, and tax controversy. When disputes cannot be resolved across a conference table, he tries them. Brian is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, multiple federal district and appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court.

That combination is rare. Most tax attorneys have never examined a witness, and most litigators have never read a partnership agreement for what it actually does.
