Abigail Jarrett is an Associate Attorney in Thompson Burton’s Land Use Practice Group, aiding clients with matters in the areas of land use and development, entitlements, zoning, regulatory compliance in development, public-private partnerships, and government relations.

Abby is a graduate of Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she worked as a Qualified Student Attorney with the Disability Rights Clinic representing clients in areas surrounding Special Education and Due Process claims. Prior to law school, she attended the University of Memphis where she received her BA in both Criminal Justice and Psychology and served as the Intramural Chair for Kappa Delta Sorority.

When not at work, Abby can be found volunteering with special needs children and adults, hiking, reading Psychological Thriller/Mystery novels or with her cat, Raven, who is appropriately named after Edgar Allan Poe’s The Raven.
