

Biography
Carson Perreault is a commercial litigation associate in Thompson Burton’s Huntsville office. He represents companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners in complex disputes, with experience spanning high-stakes business litigation, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, and emerging-technology matters. Carson recently secured a multimillion-dollar settlement for his clients in a cryptocurrency dispute.
With a background in Computer Science, Carson closely tracks the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, blockchain technologies, and AI. He also has extensive experience assisting clients facing investigations and litigation brought by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Prior to attending law school, Carson founded and operated a private label men’s grooming products startup. He also worked at a Georgetown Law criminal defense and prisoner advocacy clinic in the District of Columbia.
In his free time, Carson enjoys photography and videography and has experience playing in World Series of Poker Circuit tournaments.
