As a former Vice President of Government Relations and General Counsel, Courtney serves as outside counsel for select companies seeking strategic, executive-level legal support. He draws on his experience leading legal, compliance, and government relations for a venture-backed technology company and serving as the chief administrative officer responsible for all municipal operations, finance, and economic development.
