Biography

Sarah is an associate attorney in Thompson Burton’s litigation practice group.

Sarah graduated from Belmont College of Law. On campus, she served as Vice President of the Belmont Legal Aid Society and as an article and notes editor for the Belmont Law Journal. Her note “Oh Mother, Where Art Thou Paycheck?: Answering the Mommy Blogger Dilemma with Increased Privacy and Financial Protections for Minors” was selected for publication in the Journal. Sarah competed on Belmont’s Moot Court team and was part of the winning team for the McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court competition.

Sarah also graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina with an Honors Diploma and Leadership Distinction in Professional and Civic Engagement. While there, Sarah majored in History and Political Science with a minor in Anthropology.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring Nashville with friends and family. Sarah's license to practice in Tennessee is pending.
