Alexander Banks

Alexander Banks serves as the Firm’s Accounting Director, bringing a strong background in tax and financial accounting across multiple industries. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating from its accredited business program.

Alexander began his career in tax, working in both public and private sectors with a primary focus on multi-entity, national healthcare organizations. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of complex organizational structures, and regulatory compliance.

He later transitioned into financial accounting with an outsourced accounting start-up, where he concentrated on strengthening reporting accuracy and implementing automation to streamline financial processes. His work emphasized improving efficiency while maintaining high standards of precision and transparency.

Prior to joining the company as Accounting Director, Alexander served as Assistant Controller and Controller for a trucking fleet company. In that role, he oversaw full-cycle accounting operations, led and developed an internal accounting team, enhanced and accelerated the month-end close process, remediated and strengthened financial reporting, and implemented structured accounting procedures to support operational growth.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Alexander enjoys spending time with his family and traveling whenever possible.
