TAMM honors those that exemplify the "gold standards" of the industry. I've been serving on the board since its inception two years ago, and I'm very proud of how much this organization has grown. It's grown primarily through the hard work of a handful of people, grinding it out on conference calls (Len Clements, Mel Atwood, Doris Wood and others).Len and the board have created a nomination and voting process to ensure transparency and fairness. It's not designed to be a popularity contest. The end-result truly reflects the general sentiment shared by the 100+ academy members (all of whom are vetted professionals in the industry).
