Stream Energy alleged to be a pyramid scheme

By

Stream Energy faces lawsuit in Texas alleging them to be pyramid scheme. Plaintiffs allege the program focuses solely on recruitment of new members instead of actual product sales. Texas is not the most favorable of jurisdictions for MLM companies when facing pyramid allegations. In a Bloomberg article, CEO for Stream vigorously denies the allegations. When a company is under this kind of scrutiny, it's hard to pass muster due to the vague legal standards. --
