UPDATE: It's been brought to my attention that Jason Caramanis is not the actual owner of Online Communications. Instead, he's the Manager of the LLC. The entity is actually owned by multiple parties / other entities. Jason Caramanis, through the entity Online Communications, LLC, has filed several lawsuits against networkers in Orange County, California over the past few years (9 lawsuits that I could find, though I've heard there might be more). Jason Caramanis is a well-known networker known for his aggressive pursuit of other networkers via private deals.The lawsuits speak for themselves. Networker reaches terms with Caramanis, networker fails to produce, networker gets sued.Click through some of the lawsuits and you'll find some of the specific deal structures utilized by Caramanis (attached as exhibits). The defendants are listed below, along with the year the lawsuit was filed. I've also listed the company Caramanis was building.
