Samantha Birdsall

Samantha Birdsall is an ABA certified Paralegal who works closely with Thompson Burton’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. She received her Undergraduate degree in History from the College of Charleston in 2020, and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. Samantha assists in performing a wide variety of services including due diligence, conducting title and survey reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, coordinating closing components for complex real estate transactions, & other related filings.
